Pregnancy Relaxation Programme

Needing to take time and recharge? Enjoy 4 weeks of midwife-led Pregnancy Relaxation sessions in the comfort of your own home via Zoom. Get snuggled up in bed with a cuppa and switch off to the outside world!


Each weekly session includes: Mindful Breathing, Weekly Pregnancy/Birth Topic Discussion & Guided Relaxation.


You'll also receive access to our supportive community group to keep in touch, keep each other going and allow me to support you for the remainder of your pregnancy!
